OMG, why is HSN allowing so many of us to be so unhappy about this tree. I was suppose to get replacement parts too, but they never came. I've been tring all summer to contact these ppl and no one ever returns my calls. I'm so frustrated. Silvania needs to give us all a clear explanation, and HSN needs to stand behind what they promise.

you think i would have learned the first time around. i bought one last year and it didn't work so i sent it back. i bought another one this year thinking i'd have better luck this time around...why was i so foolish!!! this year, at least the lights came on....but the remote didn't work!!!
unbelievable!...i guess you know something is majorly wrong when sylvania has to set up a 24/7 helpline to field all the questions from all of the unhappy customers calling in wanting to know why their tree doesn't work...give it up sylvania!!! the tree is a national disaster!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased this tree last year, about 2 monthes before xmas. Put tree together and everything worked, for about a hour. Bottom section lights quit, and then the next section quit. Called Sullivania, talked to someone stated they would be sending replacement sections. Never received them. Try to contact them at least 2 to 3 times a month, with no response. So don't make the same mistake I did and waste a bunch of money.

The saddest thing about this tree is it would be absolutely gorgeous at night if it actually worked! The lights were absolutely stunning for the five minutes they worked. I made the mistake of putting my ornaments on before plugging it in or checking the remote control. The remote was broken on receipt so had to use the end of a wire to start it and worked for only five minutes before a whole strand went out! Also was advertised that I wouldn't have to do any fluffing but that was not true either. Shocked that HSN is still selling this product to unsuspecting buyers! At the time of purchase had an internet outage and wasn't able to see all the poor reviews. I wonder how many boxes they had to open to find one that worked for the show or if they have a completely different tree brought in by Sylvania that has been wired properly. I gave this tree one star only because I star is the lowest possible but this should have a zero star rating!

We purchased this tree last year. I am so surprised it is for sale again. It was a disaster for our Christmas. The company sent several more fuses and did not return our calls when this did not work . It went out two days before Christmas. It worked for about 2 days before Christmas.
It put a shadow on our christmas.
HSN as always sent our money back.
I would stay away from this tree. It would have been the most perfect tree we ever had if it just worked.
