- Shipping & Handling is a service fee; the total price includes delivery
- Arrangements can be sent in the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii; Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will not be supported
- There is no Sunday delivery
- There is no shipping on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
- Delivery options leading up to Mother’s Day will be Next Day, the Friday before Mother’s Day and the Saturday before Mother’s Day

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with a selected gift, Teleflora’s experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
