Purchased this tree last year, about 2 monthes before xmas. Put tree together and everything worked, for about a hour. Bottom section lights quit, and then the next section quit. Called Sullivania, talked to someone stated they would be sending replacement sections. Never received them. Try to contact them at least 2 to 3 times a month, with no response. So don't make the same mistake I did and waste a bunch of money.

The saddest thing about this tree is it would be absolutely gorgeous at night if it actually worked! The lights were absolutely stunning for the five minutes they worked. I made the mistake of putting my ornaments on before plugging it in or checking the remote control. The remote was broken on receipt so had to use the end of a wire to start it and worked for only five minutes before a whole strand went out! Also was advertised that I wouldn't have to do any fluffing but that was not true either. Shocked that HSN is still selling this product to unsuspecting buyers! At the time of purchase had an internet outage and wasn't able to see all the poor reviews. I wonder how many boxes they had to open to find one that worked for the show or if they have a completely different tree brought in by Sylvania that has been wired properly. I gave this tree one star only because I star is the lowest possible but this should have a zero star rating!

We purchased this tree last year. I am so surprised it is for sale again. It was a disaster for our Christmas. The company sent several more fuses and did not return our calls when this did not work . It went out two days before Christmas. It worked for about 2 days before Christmas. It put a shadow on our christmas. HSN as always sent our money back. I would stay away from this tree. It would have been the most perfect tree we ever had if it just worked.

I saw this tree on HSN in October 2008, ordered it, and when I received it, I put it together and was happy...for three minutes. The lights would not burn steady. The lights on the top tier of this tree would go into a weird blinking pattern as though they were overheating and recovering. I've tried to contact Sylvania to exercise my warranty, yet I've not heard back from them. They claimed to have a 10 year warranty on this tree when it was advertised last year, but their customer service is obviously lacking. It's sad when you spend as much as I spent on this tree and it doesn't end up coming out right...broken tree. Because this purchase did not turn out the right way, I will not be ordering from Home Shopping Network again.

saw on tv, ordered, got home, was looking on internet and saw reviews, so I opened box and put up tree and as reviews said, lights don't work. good thing I was browsing HSN on computer, I would have not opened until thanksgiving. beautiful tree, but light don't work. boxed up, ready to go back.
