Truly lovely / Katherine, CO3/14/2008 These porcelain votives are beautiful, whether they have a lit candle inside or not. But they are truly magical with a candle or battery operated candle inside. The soft glow gives the images a 3D quality. They are packaged in blue boxes with blue satin lining around form fitting padding that makes a beautiful gift presentation. I''m keeping my first set and ordering more!
not as pictured / Brenda, SC3/11/2008 I expected these to have a soft golden glow as pictured, but as stated in the description, they are simply white ceramic. Ugly. Sorry I ordered 2 sets.
