RECEIVED THIS TODAY. TAILS BROKEN OFF. CALLED RIGHT AWAY TO RETURN. VERY DISAPPOINTED I WAITED 2 YEARS FOR THIS TO RETURN SO I COULD GET IT. I ONLY HOPE THAT CS DOESNT KEEP SENDING OUT CUSTOMER RETURNS LIKE THE DO THE PEARLS THAT I RECIEVED IN AUGUST THAT WERE THE SAME ONES BY DISCRIPTION THAT EVERYONE ELSE RETURNED. OH YEAH AND THANKS FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE YOU WERE DOING ME A FAVOR BY WAVING RETURN SHIPPING.

received the sorelle crystal princess carriage and it is very stunning and beautiful, I collect dolls and teddy bears, just purchased a cinderella bear from England, and the crystal carriage goes wonderfully with the bear. Truly something I can pass on to my grandchildren, and the packing was fantastic, not anything was broken. Thank You for a beautiful collectible

I give this a 5 star. Loved at first sight. Unfortunaly I had to ship it back because a piece was broken. Cannot wait to recieve a nreplacement. If you love detail, this is for you.

This was packed in 3 boxes plus thick styrofoam. One horse was lying on its side and there were broken glass chips. I can only assume it was broken when it was packed. I have the minature version of this and wanted the larger version. I have ordered several Sorelle and never received anything broken. I was going to reorder hoping second time is a charm, but after reading the previous review, it may be a waste of time and money. Very disappionted.

Product was received broken, horses tails were broken off and chains were brken off carriage. I am very diss appointed in Sorelle I thought products were better than that.
