I RECEIVED THESE BEAUTIES TODAY AND I MUST SAY I AM IMPRESSED AT HOW NICE THEY ARE. THEY ARE SOO CUTE, I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND WAS NOT EXPECTING THEM TO BE AS NICE AS THEY ARE. BUT, I MUST SAY I LOVE THEM.

I got these yesterday and I love them! The minute I opened the box, I was charmed since I was expecting teeny tiny figurines. Excellent buy for the price.

In addition to these being charming little crystal animals, the quality of these particular items was a pleasant surprise. Miinor scratches in the swan, which, when placed facing a certain way are not noticeable. I concur with the previous reviewer that Sorelle crystal items have been problematic for me in the past. The potential for beauty is generally there, but the quality frequently isn't, which I've reported to HSN quality control. Similar to a previous reviewer, This year alone, I've probably returned over 10-20 Sorelle items for refund or exhanges, and it gets a bit tedious, even when they waive the return shipping charges (it's a lot of work!). The cost of shipping tape alone is an annoyance! Best advice: INSPECT YOUR SORELLE CRYSTAL CAREFULLY with your eyes in bright light, and with your fingers to feel for chips, gently. Also, if there is a problem, contact HSN to alert them-they need to know!

I must of spend over 2,000.00 in sorelle Items but I will never order any of there Items any longer so far I have recived bronken@ crack Item's but what took the cake is when I recived a bad cut on jagger glass and had to get stiches I just recived the last 2 Items today and again they were Damage since 9/26 I have sent back 7 Items and now it's up to 9 But what hurt me is I am a great customer I must spend closed to 7,000.00 a year and after calling and telling them that I cut I was asked what do you want me to do. I was told that all of the 7 Items I sent back I won't have to pay for shipping on I hope that they will pay for the 2 I am send back yes the shipping only cost 98 cent on most of the Items it adds up now I will be bill for going to get stiches.
