horrible mattress

I purchased this mattress in March 09', it is now November and I have two sink holes in the mattress. I wake up every morning with back pain because this mattress is like a hammock. It is horrible!

I've had my mattress set for about a week now. Another poster mentioned the strong new mattress smell which I agree with. I did not however have a problem with it. Though when first walking into the room I could smell it, it didn't bother me. The mattress is soft when you get into it but is very supportive. I was replacing a foam mattress I had purchased her at HSN. Though it was comfortable, it was too soft. It was great at the beginning of the night but by the middle if you wanted to roll over you had to climb out of the hole. With this mattress the top is very soft and cushy but their is a lot of support underneath. No problems rolling over in the night. I enjoy it very much and think you will too. Going to bed is a pleasure now. Of course getting up in the morning is more of a chore because it is so comfy!

My husband and I had looked for mattresses at a department store and a mattress store. Both times, the salespeople tried to sell us a bed that were over our price range. We thought that we might have to "settle" for something less comfortable. A friend recommended we try HSN and based on other reviews, we tried this one out. It is the BEST mattress and so comfortable! We love it and highly recommend it!

This bed is AWSOME!!! I wasn't sure about spending this kind of money for a bed. Especially one that I hadn't been able to try out. I am so glad i did. I have never been able to sleep threw the night. Now I do!!! It is so comfortable!!! It has really good support. I suffer from fribromyalgia and hurt constantly this bed is so worth the money. If you have back pain of any kind this bed is definitly for you!! Wish I would have gotten this bed years ago!!!

We recvd this mattress in quick time. Has a very nice look to it. It is on the FIRM side. It took as about a month to get used
to it. I have 3 herniated disc in low back; and at first I felt it was going back; but gave it time, and now I love it. Also with the simmons you absulutly can't feel the other move on the mattress. you won't be diappointed.
