Not a good experience. Within 2 weeks this bed felt like we were sleeping in a hole! No weight limit mentioned. We called HSN and they told us that they would come and get it, but we would have to pay shipping to return the product. What a rip off! They say when you buy it is "satasfaction guaranteed!" if you don''t like it, we''ll buy it back and come and get it! Not, if you don''t like it you can pay to ship it back! Still waiting on refund, & to see how much it will cost for shipping.

This bed is terrible. One month after sleeping on this bed my husband and I have his/hers duck nests. Absolutely NO support. We wake up with severe back and neck aches. Trying to return 60 days into "20 year warranty" and already a major hassle. The natural features are not worth the aches and pains that come with this bed. Would not reccomend bed to anyone! A blow up mattress would provide a much better nights rest.

Worst Mattress Ever / Cee

Not 1 good nights sleep in 30 days. The warrenty does not cover ticking & break down of the mattress. The ticking was thin and prone to tear easily. This mattress will not stand the test of time or 2 grown people on it. The rubber breaks down easily. My Beauty Rest is 10 years old & is a far better Mattress than this 1. Eco friendly, Most are anyway, all they are made of are cotton, wood and metal. Who the heck do they think they are kidding. Rubber is not Eco friendly it does not break down.

Great mattress...fabulous price!

My husband and I purchased this mattress for 50% off at a department store last year. That was before we saw HSN''s price which is WAY better! We love our mattress. When it came time to purchase a new mattress for our daughter, I came straight to HSN for this mattress. It arrived within one week of purchase. We feel really good about the mattress knowing she isn''t breathing in toxic chemicals, it has good support for her growing body, and that it''s a quality brand we trust.

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT AT A FABULOUS PRICE!

Timely & efficient delivery. I tried this mattresss out in my local mattress store so I knew I would love it. The local store cost was $1,899 with only a standard box spring but extra to "Upgrade" to the matching foundation.On HSN I got the mattress, the matching foundation, haul away of old bedding,(extra at local store)all for under $1,200 with my coupon. The mattress is supportive & firm but cradles the body. I would not call it plush but I wanted firmer which is what I got. Very pleased!
