Horrible delivery service damage to bed avoid HSN  / cartersmom, CA 9/17/2009
Bed arrived in an umarked delivery truck that had gang-like graffiti all over it. The two drivers rushed the bed into my home and threw it on my bed, damaging both the mattress and taking a chunk of wood out of my Thomasville footboard. I called HSN immediately who offered $100. for the damage to the headboard and $300 off the bed or a replacement. I selected the replacement option but never received a call for delivery. When I telephoned back to see where the replacement bed was I was told there were no notes that it was ever offered, and that it was too late to get a replacement (I called after the first 30 days, thinking there was just a delay in processing the replacement bed .) I will never order from HSN again and I am certain they still use the same delivery service, Home Direct. Avoid buying a bed from HSN because the delivery service is horrible and HSN does not honor its agreements with the consumer.

Bed is everything I could have hoped for. Searched several months in furniture and mattress stores for the right bed. I found very similar beds but for a Simmons World Class they started anywhere from 1700 to 2400 for one just like this. Stores also charge extra fees for delivery and you get hit with sales tax if you don't buy online. This bed is perfect. It ended up arriving in about 10 days. Bed is plush and super quality. Delivery was in and out within 10 minutes, and were friendly.

We purchased this mattress in July, 2008. By Nov., 2008 the left side started to wear down, obv. extremely defective coils. By Dec., 2008 we contacted Simmons, after FOUR months, they came and inspected to later state "there were no defects in the mattress". The inspector put the yard stick across the bed and there was a SIGNIFCANT 2+ inches diff. from left to right. They will do NOTHING to rectify the situation. SIMMONS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT!

After buying and returning 2 mattresses within two months,I have finally found the one for us. This mattress offers support and cush. The pillow top we had was too soft even though it had a firm layer to it. We could not find this mattress in a store to test it out, so I took down it's specs, went to a store and compared the specs to another Simmons model we liked. This is how I came to order this mattress. We sleep like babies. I don't feel my husband get in or out of bed. It's a keeper!!!

I was worried about ordering a mattress online & feared that I would not be happy with it once it arrived. I called Simmons & they were able to help me find a comparable mattress in my local mattress store so that I could test it out! The comparison was dead on and I LOVE my new mattress! I've had it for a month & its extremely comfortable. The top layer of foam envelops my body and has eliminated my constant tossing and turning during the night. I'd recommend this mattress & HSN to anyone!
