customer's choice, up or down 2 flights of stairs. This service will
include basic installation and the removal of old bedding and packaging
materials. A daytime phone number is required and should be confirmed with the
customer to aid the delivery. The order should ship to the delivery agent
within 15 days at which time the customer will be contacted to schedule the
delivery appointment. Due to the size of the item the item can only be
delivered to the street addresses in the continental U.S.

No more Aches / Katrina, SC6/21/2008 I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before writing this review. I received "My Cloud", I mean my mattress set on June 9th.My husband and I truely enjoy this bed. I no longer toss and turn throughout the night and when I wake up in the morning I feel well rested. I now wake up with NO ACHES!!! I purchase King size sheets because of the depth of the mattress and they fit nicely. The flex pay option is the best. Thanks HSN
WOW - I love this bed / Mercedes, GA6/13/2008 I have had bed for 2 nights I am so glad I took the chance and bought it,the flex pay option made decision easy This bed is so comfortable I can''t believe I waited so long to replace my old one. Bed sits very high and needs deeper sheets- feels like you are sleeping on a cloud The two men that delievered were great called 30 minutes before arriving & moved my old bed to a diffrent room and set this one up even waited while I put a mattress pad on the boxspring and the bed skirt on

They called and set up a date that we chose, and made a call right before delivery and two very courteous young men made a smooth delivery. And then our heavenly rest on this awesome mattress. be good to yourself and get one, you''ll be glad you did.
Bed is great but delivery is not / , CA6/3/2008 This bed is wonderful BUT the delivery service was terrible. They would only deliver on a Wednesday. It is just hard for those who work and have to schedule vacation time to meet them to deliver the bed. Having a delivery later in the afternoon was not an option either. I was told by the delivery company that it was my responsibility to make myself available for the time THEY chose to deliver. Wow......
Pure luxury / Casey, OH1/29/2008 My husband said that when you lay down on this mattress it feels as though it is hugging you!! We have had this cal. king set for 4 nights and have slept like babies each night. No more back, hip and neck pain. I have not slept through this many straight hours in so long I can''t even recall. If you are debating just go for it you won''t regret it at all.
