the customers choice, up or down 2 flights of stairs. This service will include basic installation and the removal of old
bedding and packaging materials. A daytime phone number is required and should
be confirmed with the customer to aid the delivery. The order should ship
to the delivery agent within 15 days at which time the customer will be
contacted to schedule the delivery appointment. Due to the size of the
item the item can only be delivered to the street addresses in the continental
US.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED5/4/2008 I was very hesitant in purchasing a mattress through TV. I have to say I am very happy. Even though everyone I know said I was crazy. When the mattress arrived they themselves ordered 1 even 2 for themselves. I''ve had it over 2 month and it''s beautiful & perfect for me & my husband & my dog. Best investment I''ve made. The flex payments made this purchase possible. Too bad they''re sold out or I would purchase another
This Mattress is Great! / CanShan, OH3/27/2008 My girlfriend and I purchased this mattress because we were tired of waking up so sore we could barely move. It''s nice and high just like I like. She likes firm mattresses and I like soft, this is right in the middle and perfect. I''m actually anticipating some of the newness to wear away. I have my heart set on a memory foam topper and right now there''s just no need! It''s been a few weeks and we are sleeping through the night, waking well-rested, and when she moves around in bed I STAY STILL!!!
Heavenly / Bonita, TX3/20/2008 I purchased this mattress shortly after my husband''s surgery due to he and I having back problems. I had back surgery several years ago and we purchased a new set, but had to keep turning it until it finally wore out. I received this set and to my surprise it was more than what I expected. The delivery service was superb and the mattresses were huge to say the least. I can now sit in the bed and watch television comfortably. Thanks HSN!!!!
pleased3/16/2008 i bought this bed for my parents being they needed a new mattress after some time. & my mother was absolutely please with it! they now wake up refreshed with no problems after going years with back pains.
