Shipping Information: The item will be brought into the room of the customer's choice, up or down 2 flights of stairs. This service will include basic installation and the removal of old bedding and packaging materials. A daytime phone number is required and should be confirmed with the customer to aid the delivery. The order should ship to the delivery agent within 15 days at which time the customer will be contacted to schedule the delivery appointment. Due to the size of the item the item can only be delivered to the street addresses in the continental U.S.

Tooooo plush... / Mary, CA6/7/2008 I bought the mattress set due to 5-stars. First, it seemed very comfortable, until I tried to get out of bed the next morning. My back went out and I was barely able to walk or perform activities for two weeks--thank God I had a chiropractor. For me, it is tooooo plush. When I laid down, the mattress sank in considerably. It molded to your body, but beyond what was comfortable. I am returning(thanks to 30-day return), as I cannot endure another week of severe back pain.
Just Right! / Tammy, FL5/29/2008 Highly recommend this bed for anyone looking for a nice soft bed. We had a bed that we had to put a feather bed on and memory foam on top of that and still it was uncomfortable, but one night on this one without anything extra on top of it an both of us woke up without any aches - wonderful! Delivery was great too!
