NEVER AGAIN

To be fair the product is ok. I ordered it early July and it was delivered on August 21. The "white glove" service is a joke. I have dirty handprints all over the very white mattress. And the delivery people REFUSED to take the old bedding/mattress or even move it to get the new one in. They stood and watched me move a king size box spring and mattress. I asked them if they weren't suppose to take it and they replied "it ain't written down". I did have a couple of phone calls when I got home from work that they wanted to deliver it that day but never once did they call me at work. They usually gave only a couple hour window which was past by the time I received the message. I will buy local and receive the product within a reasonable time. I couldn't believe that I paid for the abuse!!!

I am so glad we got this mattress. The flex pay option has made it affordable. We purchased a king size as previously we had a queen size bed. The mattress is firm, but soft at the sametime. My husband and I don't feel each other moving around as we sleep. The delivery of the mattresses when smooth and they setup everything. I would recommend this mattress.

Ordered on 6/24 and delivered on 7/1. The delivery men were professional and courteous. The bed is really "high". I'm only 5'4" and I joked to my mom that I would need a stool to climb onto the bed. It's so comfy though. I replaced a 10-year old set of mattresses and I'm thrilled that I made this purchase. The positive reviews that I read really helped me with my decision to buy on HSN.

Ordered mine on 3/15/09 but had to move by 4/1/09. So changed my address on 3/16/09 and had more problems with HSN then with the delivery. This was the most frustrating "shop at home" eperience!Finally had devlivery on 4/12/09 and the guys were really nice and must say I had better customer service and understanding from the people at Simmons and the delivery company than I did from HSN!! But I do love my bed and so did my mother & daughter who came and visted me on Mothers Day!
Soft but Firm

2 weeks for delivery. soft bed, firm but not too firm. one thing to remember is the 'memory foam' layers are kind of "hot" to sleep on because it forms to you while you sleep. I added a plain mattress pad and cotton sheets--much better.I do agree with one review about how delivery guys handle bed, came in with afew scuffs on box-springs. but overall happy with purchase and a good night's sleep!
