Shipping Information: The item will be brought into the room of the customer's choice, up or down 2 flights of stairs.  This service will include basic installation and the removal of old bedding and packaging materials. A daytime phone number is required and should be confirmed with the customer to aid the delivery.  The order should ship to the delivery agent within 15 days at which time the customer will be contacted to schedule the delivery appointment.  Due to the size of the item the item can only be delivered to the street addresses in the continental U.S.
