the worse customer service ever / Debbie, NC5/30/2008 ordered on may 3 said 7-10 day delivery did not receive in this time period called hsn and was told i had to wait 17 days to receive did not get in 17 days called hsn and told them i wanted to cancel this because it was taking to long was told i couldn''t cancel because it was being shipped i said when they said i don''t know and i was like DUH now it shows its been returned {how can you return something you never received} still no matresses no refund maybe the BBB can help.
