GREAT PILLOW / Christine, NY1/17/2008 I have been looking for a soft yet firm (read: not mushy) pillow for some time. I took a risk on this and I love it. I ordered the firm, and i would say it isn''t firm but more like medium. It is the perfect support and cushyness. Worth the money - my husband didn''t want one until it arrived in the mail and now he wants one too! This pillow rocks.
Disappointing / Lynne, MA1/9/2008 I am so disappointed because I have always had great success with Hightgate Manor products. My pillow was beyond "soft," but even more important, the "fill'' was just not in there. It felt just like an air bag or like like a pillow that the airlines would give you for a nap. Very, very disappointing. :-(
not a pillow but an air bag / , NY1/7/2008 Happy New Year! Before I buy,I always read feedbacks. But,in this instance-I am not sure that I can trust these testimonials anymore. The pillow is like an airbag, u know, those with air inside. I woke up with the headache. The pillow doesn''t give any support to the head or the neck. I am very dissapointed. I am hunting for a good pillow for a long time. And ,its not only hsn, I could not find in any other stores eather. To conclude, buy the pillow at your own risk .. sincerely

Very comfortable pillow........ / Deb, CO9/16/2007 I love this pillow. It is super comfortable. The down doesn''t move to one side and stays evenly distributed. I chose the medium and it is perfect. I have used down pillows for years and have paid a lot more for most of them, but this is the most comfortable pillow I''ve ever had. I plan to buy more.
