I recieved mine last spring, I absolutly LOVE it.It gives off warmth, using 1 can. I have used up to 3. I have had no problems with odor, or getting the label off from the can. The burn time has been 2-3 hrs as advertised.The only reason I gave it a 4 because of the cost/shipping, which is expensive. You can find a lower price elsewhere,icluding the shipping. The cost is about average everywhere. One thing HSN does offer is flex pay, which get''s the product home for half the price. Thanks HSN!

Unfortunately this product is defective. We ordered a case and half of the cans have rust on the inside causing the gel to not ignite. Don''t waste your money.

Unfortunately I find this product to be less than the quality I''m used to with HSN. It took months to get it to me and then when I finally received it, I was saddend to find that the gel has an aroma that sometimes is so strong it gives you a headache - especialy at the very end. I am now using another product that has no smell, no headaches and is even slightly cheaper. Sorry HSN. Love you, but this one is all wrong.

I''ve read the reviews of this item and have to say that I don''t smell anything when burning these. I burn 3 at a time and it puts out a great amount of heat. Maybe the smell that they are smelling is from the fire box finish in their fireplace. Not from the gel fuel. Thanks HSN!
