Save your time and trouble. Very disappointed. Just read the other reviews. The only quality to this mattress is the cover and the way it fits like a fitted sheet. As for the mattress...try Wal-Mart

MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN SO GREAT IN BUYING ME SO MANY EXPENSIVE MATTRESS AND BOX SPRINGS AND NOTHING HELPS MY BACK. I PURCHASED THIS SUPREME MEMORY LOFT MATTRESS AND WOW WHAT A DIFFRENCE. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW SOMEONE COULD RATE IT SO LOW. BUT IT TRULY HAS HELP.

I bought this as a Christmas present and did'nt take it out to inspect it until it started getting reviews. This can't be legal, everyone should get a refund. I spent that kind of money because i wanted to buy the best, and that is what a good quality one should cost, but not for one inch. Think i will go back to QVC Northern Nights, i know they have good products.
Misrepresentation 3" Pad  / bennett77359, TX 10/22/2009
Advertisement of 3" is a misrepresentation of this item. The pad is no more than 1 inch. The cover is really nice. The manufacturer should be made to ship the 3" pad out to all who bought this item. Definately over priced and not worth the cost. This is a very bad error HSN. This one doesn't even deserve a rating, the product does not come close to what was advertised.

I agree with previous negative reviews and should have taken note of them. The product is not at all as advertised. It's too thin there's no support and way over-priced! Also, there is no Easy Label for return since it was shipped directly from the manufacturer! HSN should remove this item.
