it was very pretty and a nice size. great for thanksgiving and get togethers. i had to sent mine back because it arrived damaged, i was disappointed that i could not get a replacemenet because it was sold out. if hsn presents it again i will definitely be buying another one

I have the first beverage dispenser Colin Cowie offered and it is GORGEOUS! It is alot bigger than this one. This is elegant and I love the shape. However, I agree with others that the lid is crooked. I haven't tried dispensing anything yet, but will use at my Christmas party.

I was so disappointed in this. The top was crooked and there are chips in the glass. The top is too heavy for the base and will tip over easy. The tap is too hard to turn. I can't find my paper work or this would already be in the mail on it's way back to HSN.

Although it was pretty- on close inspection the lid was crooked, the rim of the server was very rough, crudely finished glass with small chips already- was afraid what would happen if it chipped in use and glass got into beverage. Also the hardware spout was very hard to turn on and off. Did not feel confident this would not end up being a hazard. With HSN's strict 30 day return policy I did not want to risk it!

I'm surprised that HSN endorsed this item. The hardware ruined this beverage server and was just an accident waiting to happen. I was so sure it would break that I returned it immediately.
