Top of dispenser not stable / Lyn, CA6/28/2008 I was disappointed with this item. There is no way to keep the top from being knocked off if the table is bumped etc. There should be some kind of gasket on the lid to make it stay in place. Also, I don''t think I received the ice tray. Couldn''t find it in the packaging. Sorry to say I sent this back today.
Beautiful / melanie, CA6/18/2008 Beautiful glass server. Made Mojitos and had enough for the whole party. The only comment is that at the bottom you have to tip over to get the final drink. If the spigot was lower it would be easier to get to the last drop. Best on the market for the price.

Great but Disappointing / BUNKY, FL6/18/2008 I bought this when it was a Todays Special for $79.00 and free shipping. I loved it, but it also had a hairline crack. I called customer service to get another one for the same deal. I was told it was sold out and they could not give me a rain check or the discount when it came in again, what a disappointment. A week later it was in stock, I could order it at $99.00 and pay for shipping. I was up set with the way HSN handled this situation, what ever happened to taking care of good customers?
